Fraud awareness — read this before you pay
- NextGenPay staff will never call, SMS, WhatsApp or email you asking for your OTP, CVV, PIN, or full card number.
- We will never ask you to install any remote-desktop app (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, QuickSupport, etc.) to help with a payment.
- Always type nextgpay.in directly into your browser. Beware of look-alike domains and phishing links.
- Verify the padlock icon in your browser and check the SSL certificate is issued to nextgpay.in.
- Report fraud immediately at care@nextgpay.in and dial 1930 (Cyber Crime Helpline) or file at cybercrime.gov.in.
